About Us
The Maaco Franchisee Owners Association, formed in 2022. Led by a strong and determined leaders, our association has been blessed with a core of successful owners that have come together to protect owner equity. With more than 150 members, most of whom are supporting our chapter’s Legal Fund Trust, we have engaged counsel and already gained recognition by the franchisor, making significant strides. We are working tirelessly to spread the word of unity throughout our system and to continue to move forward with our mission.
Mission Statement: To strengthen, promote and protect the value and profitability of the Maaco franchise. To foster a spirit of cooperation and channel pro-active energies to resolve common problems and develop better approaches to operating our businesses.

In a competitive environment that is constantly changing, it is incumbent on us to join forces for our common benefit, to support our franchise system, and to support each other in challenging times. Our very survival depends on our standing up for the Independent Association of Maaco® franchisee, working to improve our profitability, and working to assure our franchisor’s faith and confidence in our importance to the vitality of the entire system. The creation and growth of our association will not only help the franchisees participating but will help the growth of all. The existence of a strong corporate model working with a strong Franchisee Association can be seen as an inviting atmosphere. Potential franchisees, knowing they have multiple avenues of support, would be reassured to invest in our franchise.
